# Uncle Mini

Faceless B2B digital products for small teams of 2-10 people. Web apps and templates for sales, finance, fundraising, and project management. One-time payment, no subscription, no monthly fees, no recurring charges.

Uncle Mini operates two domains:
- **unclemini.com** - this site - marketing, blog, guides, and template products (Notion, Google Sheets, Prompt Pack, Sales Checklist).
- **unclemini.app** - the web apps. Local-first, browser-based, your data stays in a folder you choose.

All four web apps share the same model: single HTML file delivered from unclemini.app, runs entirely in the browser via the File System Access API, stores data as JSON in a folder the user picks. No server, no account, no subscription. Team collaboration works by sharing the workspace folder via OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox.

Each app has its own product-specific legal docs at unclemini.app/{app}/{terms,privacy,license}. Each contains disclaimers tailored to its product category (Investor CRM is not investment or legal advice; Finance Tracker is not accounting and tax calculations are estimates only; Hiring Pipeline does not perform automated employment decisions).

## What Uncle Mini is not

- Not SaaS - no recurring billing, no servers running on the customer's behalf.
- Not accounting, HR/ATS, legal, financial, or investment advisory software.
- Not a substitute for professional advice in any of those domains.
- Not collecting analytics or telemetry beyond opt-in privacy-respecting page views (Google Analytics 4 with consent banner).
- Not training AI models on user data.
